We manage all of our online cabin reservations through the booking site Vacation Rental By Owner, but you can also book with us directly to avoid online booking fees. Please click on the "BOOK NOW!" button below to reserve your stay at Dry Creek Cabin on VRBO, or contact us directly via the contact tab and we can send you an invoice through PayPal to book your stay. By clicking the "Book Now!" button you can also view our reservation calendar at to see available dates.
Cancellation Policy
Payment reserves requested dates. Payment can be refunded if owners are notified a minimum of 14 days prior to arrival. All refunds will be charged a $25 service fee. Cancellation within 14 days of reserved dates forfeits one half of payment. No arrival on indicated dates forfeits entire payment.
Terms & Conditions
Check-in at Dry Creek Cabin will be after 3:00 pm on the day of arrival. Check out will be before noon on day of departure. No smoking, and no pets allowed. Maximum occupancy of six individuals; four adults and two children, or two adults and four children. Must be at least 21 years of age, or married, to make a reservation. The owners of Dry Creek Cabin reserve the right to remove any non-compliant renters from the property at any time, per their discretion. Every booking will be charged a cleaning fee of $75 and a Damage Deposit of $150 (the equivalent of one night's stay). The Damage Deposit will be refunded in full 7 days after check out, pending no damage is found. Questions regarding any policy listed above should be submitted to the owners in advance of booking.
